The NR4FR-2 drilling station has been specially developed for precise drilling of planting holes in substrate – in pots, containers, and trays within carrier crates. It is the ideal solution for nurseries and garden centers focused on efficiency and repeatable precision.
Function & Operation
The conveyor belt automatically transports the trays to the drilling station.
As soon as the pots/containers reach the drilling zone, the system stops automatically.
The drills descend into the substrate and remain there for an adjustable time.
Then, the trays are automatically moved to the planting station.

- Drilling depth: Quickly and easily adjustable via a handwheel
- Drill plate: Custom-made, depending on the trays or crate systems used
- Drillplate 5 x 8 with a distance of 7,5 cm from both sides
